Andre Hawkins, a proud DC native and lifelong Maryland resident, has been helping people define and achieve their fitness goals since 2010. Then a student at the College of Southern Maryland, Andre mentored with Breathe's own Angie Jonsson. Andre has built on that strong foundation and will complete his certificates in CPT NASM and Certified Group Training AFAA in the Spring of 2020. 


His personal regimen includes a mix of hiking, spinning, basketball, boxing, weight-lifting, and running, and he likes to include variety for his clients, as well. That said, Andre understands that "everything from a 20 minute brisk walk to a moderate session of weight training can be valuable steps to enhance your quality of life." Using a mixture of aerobics, resistance, strength and conditioning in an atmosphere of encouragement, engagement, and lots of laughter, Andre ensures that each of his clients leave his classes with a sense of personal achievement.
