Breathe Pilates Place was founded in 2013 by Christine Heckel, STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and Instructor Trainer, bring the highest level of Pilates training to Southern Maryland. In 2018 she expanded Breathe Pilates Place to create a holistic fitness facility that incorporates strength & metabolic training, yoga, meditation, qi gong and fascia movement/stretch to offer each client the tools to balance mind, body & spirit.
