Revonna Waring has been a personal trainer since 2007. She is an active member of the Idea Health and Fitness Association, which is the top fitness association in the world. She works hard to stay on the cutting edge of the ever-changing fitness industry.  She keeps pace by attending fitness and nutrition workshops, seminars, and conferences and through independent research.  Revonna’s passion and mission is to make a difference in someone’s life through a focus on personal fitness.  She helps her clients not only to reach their fitness goals, but to maintain them and turn exercise and nutrition into a lifestyle that is fun and enjoyable.

Revonna is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal fitness trainer, and is a STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor in Matwork. She also has certifications in: Small Group Fitness, Kids Fitness, Senior Fitness, and is a Certified Tabata Bootcamp Trainer.

 

Revonna is a cyclist and long-distance runner. When she is away from work, Revonna enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, cycling, running, relaxing near the water, and solving Sudoku puzzles. Her fitness messages to everyone are “Keep it moving,” and Hard work pays off.”
